SBX ACADEMY

SBX SYSTEM

All About

Our SBX System Teams are built for players who want to continue developing their skills in a competitive, structured environment while still receiving the same level of coaching and attention as Academy players. Selection into a System Team ensures that every player has a pathway to grow, compete, and represent SBX with pride.
Program Overview

  • 14 Weeks of Training: High-intensity 90-minute sessions focused on technical development, ball mastery, and tactical learning.

  • League Play: 8–9 games at Libertyville Canlan Sports, providing consistent competition in a supportive team environment.

  • End-of-Season Tournament: Teams will compete in a season-ending event, preparing players for high-pressure situations.

  • Uniform Package: Professional SBX System Team kit, included for all players who compete.

Player Experience
System Team players are not “second team” athletes. They train under the same professional coaching standards as Academy players, with equal attention, structure, and accountability. Coaches challenge every player to push their limits, maximize their growth, and develop a strong futsal identity.

The focus of System Teams is on development through competition — preparing players to progress while enjoying the full futsal experience.

Extra Tournament Opportunities
System Teams may also be entered into additional tournaments throughout the season. These opportunities are chosen based on what best fits the group’s level of play, allowing players to compete where they can be both challenged and successful. Participation in extra tournaments may carry additional costs, which are shared equally among the participating players.
Why Join an SBX System Team?

The System Team pathway is for players who want to:

  • Gain valuable game and training experience without the pressure of Academy placement.

  • Be challenged in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

  • Train under professional SBX coaches with the same expectations and standards as Academy players.

  • Build confidence, skills, and understanding of the game while preparing for higher levels of competition.

Joining an SBX System Team is not a step down — it is a step forward in development. Our goal is to provide every player with a platform to succeed, improve, and love the game.
